Born in Castleford, in the heart of the industrial West Riding of Yorkshire, England, Kevin Walsh is proud to hail from the town which produced the world-famous sculpter Henry Moore. After studying illustration at the Wakefield College of Art, Kevin developed an early reputation, initially for his aircraft paintings. He is a full member of the Guild of Aviation Artists, who have honoured him with many awards. Kevin's original oil paintings are represented in many important collections worldwide. Among his collectors are Jack Charlton, Tony Dorigo, and ex-Defence Minister Lord Mason. His works have been commissioned by leading publishers in Britain and overseas for greetings cards, prints and calendars.
